which means
after the chicken comes the aigamo
according to the JWPce dictionary:
aigamo = cross between a mallard and domestic duck

well, it is definitely bird meat (you can see the neck), and he does say "niwatori" at some point there, which means chicken... But I don't speak the language, so I can't be certain if it fits the right context.
