Back

Grandmaster Victor Shim teaches a class about initial aspects of movement in the long form Tai Chi. Within the 2nd movement after adjusting feet, he shows how Chi can begin to be felt during the rising up and opening of hands and the Sinking down and closing or shutting of the hands. Victor invites all to try the exercise, for if done properly his experience is that most can feel Chi move very quickly in the practice.
