What a fine effort is this ! It comes over so very well possibly because we don't have to anticipate a rapid entry and exit by a large cast of performers. As 'King' Cole's outstanding Christmas song is a slow solo performance, it would be natural just to have a solitary puppet doing his bit on stage. Here though our puppeteers have the brilliant idea for the little forgotten boy to be sobbing to himself alongside. Some authentic sounding crying as well ! Excellent - one of your best yet !
